6 Steps Process
Car Wash System – 6 Simple Steps to Wash, Wax & Seal any Vehicle!
STEP #1: Wash – 8 Seconds
The vehicle is pulled under the rectangular frame of the car wash system. The operator activates the pneumatic system by pressing a wash button. The frame rinses the vehicle with 52 brass water jets on the downstroke.
STEP #2: Cleaner Application – 8 Seconds
The frame stops at wheel level, and chemical pumps are activated. The frame rises, spraying water and an environmentally-safe biodegradable chemical over the entire vehicle.
STEP #3: Break Static Bond – 1 – 4 minutes
Based on the vehicle’s size, 2-, 3- or 4-minutes of elapsed time is provided by a high-tech computer. During this time, the operator uses the applicator to break the static bond between the vehicle and road film.
STEP #4: Dirt removal – 5 Seconds
A high-pressure air-water gun is used to remove disc brake film, ice, snow and caked-on mud under the wheel arches and undercarriage. It also degreases the engine compartment.
STEP #5: Final rinse – Less than 16 Seconds
A bell signals the end of the detailing cycle. The car wash system frame automatically lowers and rises, thoroughly rinsing the vehicle.
STEP #6: Wax & Spot Free Application – 16 Seconds
The frame completes the final cycle, applying a protective paint sealant to produce a high-gloss finish. Where applicable, an optional spot-free rinse sprays water eliminating chamois or towel drying for a perfect showroom shine.
